On the closure of operation on November 14, 2024 the Fund has reported Net Asset Value (NAV) of Tk 8.73 per unit on the basis of current market price and Tk 11.33 per unit on the basis of cost price against face value of Tk 10.00 whereas total Net Assets of the Fund stood at Tk 539,185,627 on the basis of current market price and Tk 699,784,171 on the basis of cost price.
Asian Tiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund is scheduled to end its current tenure on March 31, 2025. For purpose of extension of the tenure of the Fund, a meeting was held with the Honourable Commission on May 20, 2024 at the Commission's Board Room with the Asset Management Company, Trustee and Custodian of the said Fund under the BSEC (Mutual Fund) Rules 2001. The Chairman directed that a meeting of the Unitholders should be held in this connection.
Bangladesh General Insurance Company PLC (BGIC), as the Trustee of Asian Tiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund, has in terms of Section 4.2.16 of the Trust Deed, arranged a Unitholders' Meeting to be held at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, October 31, 2024 at RAOWA Convention (Anchor Hall), VIP Road, Mohakhali, Dhaka-1206 to transact the following agenda:
AGENDA: 1. "Extension" of the Fund for another single term as provided under Section 50 (kha) of the BSEC Mutual Fund Rules 2001. The Record Date for the purpose is October 08th, 2024.

BGIC the Trustee Committee of Asian Tiger Sandhani Life Growth Fund (ATCSLGF) has approved the Fund's Audited Financial Statements and recommended No Dividend for the year ending on 30th June 2024 . Record date is 8th October 2024. The Fund has also reported EPU of Tk (1.95), NAV per unit at cost price of Tk 11.25, NAV per unit at market price of Tk 8.31 and NOCFPU of Tk 0.15 for the year ended on 30-Jun-2024 as against Tk (0.23), Tk 11.10, Tk 10.25 and Tk 0.15 respectively for the same period of the previous year.
The financial year for ATC Shariah Unit Fund (ATCSUF) has ended on March 31, 2024. The fund reported an EPU (Earnings Per Unit) of BDT (1.26) (After Provision Adjustment) and BDT (0.08) (Before Provision Adjustment). The board of trustees has decided to declare Zero Dividend for the year.
